1. Call and describe the car. Tell us the make, model and year and exactly where it is parked. We give you a firm ETA when you call.
2. We assess the lock and the doors. Newer vehicles have sensors and electronics in the doors, so we choose the method that protects them.
3. Entry, then a key if you need one. Once the car is open, we can cut and program a replacement key on the spot if the original is lost.
