Luxury Automotive Locksmith LTD programs motorcycle transponder keys and fobs to the bike’s immobilizer at your parking spot across Vancouver and Metro Vancouver, 24 hours a day. Programming is separate from cutting. The blade opens the ignition, but the chip decides whether the engine runs, and the bike must recognize it.

HOW PROGRAMMING WORKS
Cut, pair, test: what happens at the bike
1. We confirm the key type. Chip key or smart key, and the make, model and year, decide the method.
2. We pair the key to the bike. Using our programming equipment, we register the new key’s chip so the immobilizer accepts it.
3. We test every function. The new key is tested in the ignition, and the spare keys are checked at the same visit.
